Exploring Fraktur Design
“Fraktur” is a style of Pennsylvania Dutch folk art traditionally used for decorative certificates. In these three classes, we’ll use watercolors and pen-and-ink on paper to create artworks that incorporate the lovely themes of fraktur: hearts, flowers, vines, birds, and angels. Great idea: attaching your designs to notecards would make wonderful Holiday greeting cards! Suitable for all levels.
